Terms of service

At Viddare, we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, safely, and to the correct address. Please read the information below carefully to understand how our delivery process works.


Customer Contact Information

Please make sure your email and phone number are correct when placing your order.
If your contact details are incorrect, you may not receive tracking or delivery updates, and your package could be returned to us.

In such cases, our unclaimed package policy will apply, and we may not be able to issue a refund.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days (after processing)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Origin & Costs

Orders may be shipped from our U.S. or international warehouses, depending on product availability.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has shipped (check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it).
You can track your order via our Shipping Tracking page or directly on the courier’s website.


Important Delivery Notes

  • Unclaimed Packages:
    Refusing delivery or not collecting your package does not count as a return. If the item is returned to us due to lack of pickup, you are not eligible for a refund.

  • Wrong Address:
    Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once the order is placed, we cannot change the address.
    Viddare is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delayed Deliveries:
    Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds outside of our standard return policy.


Damaged or Stolen Shipments

If your order appears damaged upon arrival, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Viddare is not responsible for packages damaged or stolen during transit.

All return/refund claims are verified using tracking information from the courier. If we’re unable to confirm the shipment status, your request may not be approved.
