They're comfortable, though a bit tight around my ankles because I have a steel plate in my leg, and they press against the edge. I think they'd be more comfortable if they were raised a few inches higher on my leg; it's not as much of an issue with sock shoes as it is with my leg. They feel very sock-like, and the material you see at the top wraps around your entire foot. When asked, I describe them to people as a sock that's been soaked in recycled tires. I'm not entirely sold on the rubber bottoms; they're mostly fine, but I think if I wore them outdoors, on concrete or asphalt, I'd be bothered by that extra callus underfoot. I think I got a good photo of mine, but they're excellent carpet cleaners; they really grab any loose fur and carry it with them as you walk. I initially decided to buy them because I was looking for something to wear for VR activities. I use a somewhat slippery carpet for socks, but bare feet stick to it, and so do these. I'm planning a trip to a water park with my kids this month and will definitely be taking these with me while I look for something else to use in VR.
